We are seeking an experienced Quality Services Manager. Must have BSN, Current California RN licensure required.

* 3 - 5 years experience relevant to job function
* Supervisory experience

Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer, the Quality Services manager is assigned to oversee and manage all aspects of the Quality Services Department in support of the hospital Performance Improvement Program, Medical Staff Quality Assurance, and other related duties as assigned.

Must have experience as a Supervisor or Registered Nurse in an acute care facility for medical/surgical patients for a minimum of 5 years. Experience in Quality management within the last 3-5 years. Experience with the following regulatory agencies: JCAHO, CMS, DHS, and others as necessary. Knowledge of Performance Improvement Processes.
